Thomas L. Frenn

FOCUS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Frenn focuses his practice on Small Business law, bankruptcy, real estate,
probate, estate planning and business litigation, eminent domain and non-profit
organizations.
His experience includes advising small businesses and organizations, buying
and selling businesses, taxes and everyday problems of a successful business,
including succession planning, estate planning and probate.
Mr. Frenn has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including
buying, selling, tax free exchanges and eminent domain cases. In the bankruptcy
courts he has represented both creditors and debtors in reorganizations and
liquidations. Mr. Frenn has also done extensive business and contract litigation
at the trial and appellate court levels.
