FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Govern concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, business law for small and medium sized companies, real estate, probate and estate planning. Mr. Govern is experienced in representing individuals, small businesses, banks, insurance companies and Fortune 500 Companies in a variety of legal matters, including, contract disputes, product liability, warranty compliance, unfair trade practices, creditor's rights, collections, intellectual property, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, business transactions, real estate transactions, and commercial disputes.

He is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
