FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Ms. Petrie concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and guardianships. She is admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. Her estate planning practice focuses on Wills, Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Marital Property Agreements. Her estate planning, probate, and trust administration practice places a special emphasis on estate tax and income tax planning, both before and after death. Her guardianship practice includes planning for minors, individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
