FOCUS OF PRACTICE
Ms. Dodd concentrates her practice in the area of family law. She handles
all aspects of divorce, paternity, and post-judgment matters including child
custody and placement, child support, property division, and maintenance.
She also handles other issues of marriage and the family such as the drafting
and defense of Pre-nuptial agreements, Marital Property Agreements, and Cohabitation
Agreements. She frequently is appointed by circuit court judges to serve as
Guardian ad Litem in actions affecting the family and she has handled multiple
family law issues on appeal.
Ms. Dodd has handled complex family cases involving such issues as jurisdiction
under the UCCJA, removal contests, child abuse restraining orders, placement
enforcement actions, invalid marriages, emergency placement modifications,
and interlocutory appeals.
Ms. Dodd represents many real estate management companies and condominium
associations in their collection and foreclosure matters.
Ms. Dodd is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin courts and the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
