FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Nelson's practice focuses on the representation of closely-held businesses and their principals. His business representation includes a broad range of corporate and partnership matters, purchases and sales of businesses, tax matters and ERISA. He serves on the Boards of Directors of several corporations. Mr. Nelson represents financial institutions in conjunction with loan documentation, UCC matters, SBA compliance, workouts and other commercial matters. Mr. Nelson's representation of individuals extends to estate planning, advice regarding Wisconsin's Marital Property Law, probate, taxation and real estate.
