FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Petrie focuses on two principal areas of law: 1) Business Law, and 2) Wills, Estates and Trusts. His business practice is especially oriented toward small and medium sized businesses and financial institutions and includes a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of numerous companies. Mr. Petrie's practice in the area of wills, estates and trusts places a special emphasis on estate and income tax planning, both during lifetime and after death.
