Mr. Mistrioty concentrates his business on the areas of divorce and family law as well as civil litigation and personal injury. He has been in practice since 1991 representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a variety of actions.

Having experienced extensive family law litigation throughout his career, Mr. Mistrioty focuses on resolving divorce and family disputes out of court when possible. He has experience working with experts in establishing parental rights in a dignified manner that nurtures familial relationships. He is highly successful at helping his clients balance their legal rights with their family values.

He also handles a variety of types of civil litigation actions for clients on a personal and business level. Having owned his own business for many years, he caters to the needs of the entrepreneur during his advocacy and representation.
