FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Miske concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, business law, collections, condominium law and real estate. Within these areas of practice he handles trials and appeals for businesses, insurance companies and individuals in a variety of matters, including, contract disputes, fair dealership claims, fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims, premises liability, unfair trade practices and insurance defense.

He is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Miske has given numerous seminars on collections, ethics and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to Wisconsin attorneys and businesses. Mr. Miske has also taught business law for ten years and has had a number of articles on ethics and collections published.
