I do not know for sure, but from my reading of the new law, that would not be affected as it doesn’t deal with any of the 6 issues listed. Perhaps that is something that a Madison landlord may want to pursue after consulting with an attorney.

Does this mean that Dane County’s requirement that makes Section 8 renters a protected class is no longer in effect?
