		<description>If the Supreme Court see&#039;s a problem with it and see re victimization of people, who are we to say 3 to 5 million hits a day is normal to destroy people&#039;s lives. I agree with Isaac we don&#039;t have the right to judge others. If the courts are doing there job we as kind citizens of Wisconsin need to accept they system is doing its job. Let people change so we have a better State, instead of CCAP maybe we need a site that shows others how good people are in Wisconsin. People make mistake and do change.

		<description>I think that this bill should pass because for people to have charges against them that show up but say, &quot;You can not hold this against him because he was found not guilty, or it was dismissed&quot;, is the same thing or some people view and pre judge the person before either knowing him or her or can create a bias against them. This bill should pass for the sake of those out there with dismissed cases etc.</description>
