Thanks for the update(s). Although this is probably a false sense of hope, I truly hope for the best. This ordinance will absolutely destroy the investment real estate market on the east side and make a bad situation worse. 

I only have a few properties and can&#039;t even imagine the negative financial impact this will have on me, not to mention the people that have dozens or hundreds of properties. I think those with the most at stake will regret not doing more to stop this.

Given the age of the homes on the east side, there isn&#039;t a single one, owner occupied or not that would pass the current stringent criteria.

What exactly are the specific street boundaries of the affected east side area?</description>
