Ms. Petrie concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships.

Ms. Petrie's estate planning practice focuses on Wills, Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Marital Property Agreements.  Her estate planning, probate and trust administration practice emphasizes estate tax and income tax planning, and the orderly, efficient transfer of assets, both before and after death.  Ms. Petrie's guardianship practice encompasses all phases of guardianship and protective placement proceedings, including advance planning to avoid court involvement.

Ms. Petrie also has experience in the areas of residential real estate law and non-profit organizations.
