Mr. Petrie focuses on two principal areas of law: (1) Business Law and (2) Probate and Trust Administration. His business practice is oriented toward small and medium sized businesses and financial institutions and includes a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of numerous companies. Mr. Petrie's practice in the area of estate planning, probate and trust administration places a special emphasis on estate and income tax planning, both during lifetime and after death.
